基于网格化管理的“防灾型”高校社区管理模式构建

为确保高校社区安全管理的精准、高效、便捷,将社区网格化管理的理论和技术引入高校安全管理中,构建“防灾型”高校社区安全管理模式,结合“微安全”微信平台,链接社区全体人员。根据布拉德安全曲线,将“防灾型”高校社区安全管理模式定位在杜邦安全管理第三阶段;采用问卷调查的形式对管理效果进行考察。研究结果表明:事故发生率降低61.42%,事件处理效率提高74.05%,居民满意度达80.2%;“防灾型”网格社区安全管理模式能够对高校安全信息进行系统化管理,实现管理层与执行层的扁平化、联动管理;安全事故伤害率越来越低。

针对中国建筑施工行业安全生产实况，提出了到２０００年发展目标及主要措施。     

MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR CONTROLLING NITRATE CONTAMINATION IN THE NEW JERSEY PINE BARRENS AQUIFER1

ABSTRACT: Land use planning in rapidly developing areas can serve as an effective tool for minimizing water quality impacts on ground water supplies. A land use management model applied to Jackson Township of the New Jersey Pine Barrens was developed. The management model consisted of a simulation model for the transport of nitrates from septic tank systems through the aquifer and a multiobjective, goal programming optimization model to determine population density restrictions using 208 areawide planning population projections. Results showed that growth may have to be curtailed in several areas of Jackson Township and that current population projections over the next 30 years may result in unacceptably high nitrate concentrations downgradient of Jackson Township. The management framework provides a flexible approach to land use planning.     

采空区对地表建筑物的影响评价方法研究

为研究金属矿山采动灾害影响,论述了金属矿山采空区上覆岩层移动对地表建筑物影响评价理论和技术方法,即"三带理论"、岩石移动带理论和数值模拟方法;指出了金属矿山空区稳定性和岩石移动的主要影响因素。结合某铁矿采空区的实际情况,综合应用这3种方法对该铁矿进行了定性、定量评价。分析3种评价方法的特点,旨在探索金属矿山的采动影响评价方法,以便保护矿区附近建筑物的安全,减小采动灾害对矿山企业及附近居民生命财产损失。     

煤田采空区对地面地震动的影响

研究了煤田采空区对地面地震动的影响以及采空巷道的动应力分布。采空巷道用地表下圆孔来近似模拟,入射波场为造成较大震害的SH波。该问题采用镜像法求解,利用波函数展开和内域型Graf加法公式将解答归结为一组无穷代数方程组的求解,截断该无穷代数方程组可求得该问题的数值结果。最后,通过算例考虑了圆孔的动应力集中和地表动位移。结果表明,圆孔的动应力集中和地表的位移取决于入射波频率、角度和圆孔半径、埋深。该研究结果为煤田采空区的地震安全工作提供有益的参考。     

基于GM(1,1)模型的安全管理目标值确定方法

在事故预防中,安全目标管理是非常重要的工作之一。在确定管理目标时,由于不可能全面、真实地掌握所有信息,同时决策的信息量小,没有确定的分布规律,因此借助灰色理论建立的年伤亡次数与时间之间数值模型,可以反映安全技术措施的持续改进,安全管理的加强,安全教育工作的贯彻以及人们对安全与日俱增的要求。实例表明,采用灰理论进行预测,有以下几个优点:优于传统的以概率论和模糊数学为基础的预测方法;预测结果精度高;可以从多角度考查对象,得出的数据更能体现企业安全状况的现实规律,反映企业现阶段的安全状况。同时为制定科学、合理而可行的安全管理目标提供依据,促使企业安全管理提高到一个新水平。     

基于安全性目标的车辆维护周期数学模型研究

本研究旨在建立一个相应于不同的给定的行驶安全性的车辆最优维护周期数学模型，同时，利用汽车制动系、转向系等系统或装置的运行故障分布参数，求出了不同安全性水平下该数学模型的解。还依据原始数据，给出了同样基于行驶安全性目标的汽车维护周期允许上限。本研究结果可用于指导汽车维护工作，而且对保证或提高在用车辆的行驶安全性具有重要的作用     

火电厂烟气脱硝容量的合理性探讨

根据美国20世纪90年代初的电力生产及火电NOx的排放情况,并结合我国的实际情况及控制火电NOx排放的趋势,提出2010年和2020年我国火电NOx排放总量控制目标,预测满足火电NOx控制目标的合理的火电厂烟气脱硝容量.     

Life cycle assessment

The basic idea of LCA is that all environmental burdens connected with a product or service have to be assessed, back to the raw materials and down to waste removal. Therefore, the term “Life Cycle Assessment” is more precise than the German “?kobilanz” or the French “écobilan”. This basic idea is undoubtedly true, and LCA is the only environmental assessment tool which avoids positive ratings for measurements which only consists in the shifting of burdens. In the years from 1990 to 1993, SETAC and SETAC-Europe shaped the development of LCA in a series of important workshops culminating in the “Code of Practice” of 1993. The results of these workshops can be illustrated by the famous SETAC-triangle. It shows the basic structure which is now underlying the standardizing activities of ISO: 1. Goal definition and scoping, 2. Inventory analysis, 3. Impact assessment, 4. Improvement assessment. The structure recently defined by ISO differs from the SETAC structure only in the last element which is called “Interpretation” in the international standard 14040. According to ISO, “Improvement Assessment” is only one of the many activities which may follow LCA but is not part of the true analysis. The components of an LCA are described and interpreted in detail, SETAC vs. ISO. Recent developments and activities initiated by ISO, SPOLD and other organisations complete the review.
